The Encouraging Cup is committed to maintaining the integrity of the ministry by getting better acquainted with those partaking in the ministry and clarifying certain agreed-upon principles and guidelines.

Band Agreement & Guidelines:

Each Band & Musician will help ensure the integrity of the Encouraging Cup by praying with the Team Leadership 20 minutes prior to the start of the event.

Each Band & Musician will be mindful of the volume levels within the facility and will allow the Encouraging Cup Ministry Team to make needed changes, if necessary.

The Encouraging Cup is a non-profit ministry and relies on the Lord to provide financially through His people. Every night, The Encouraging Cup ministry team will take up a love offering just for the musician/band. This offering is completely in the Lord's hands thus we cannot promise or guarantee any certain monetary amount.

Bands and musicians from out-of-town need to assume responsibility for any overnight accommodations. The Encouraging Cup cannot provide hotel/motel accommodations. If needed, The Encouraging Cup can arrange for accommodations with local families or ministry team members. This offer is limited to the discretion of the ministry team.

Each Band & Musician will maintain a spirit of unity within The Encouraging Cup building and maintain decent and orderly conduct. The Encouraging Cup is an interdenominational ministry focusing on encouragement and edification of both believers and unbelievers. Profanity and prejudice will not be tolerated.

The Encouraging Cup welcomes all ages and is a coffee house on Friday and Saturday nights, a place of prayer on Tuesday nights, and is a church every Sunday morning.
